Christy Feigenbutz, NP

Biography

Christy Feigenbutz gained experience as a clinical nurse at the UCSF Cardiac ICU with heart failure, cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery patients. After graduating from UCSF School of Nursing as an NP, she managed heart failure patients with left ventricular assist devices before joining the Vascular Surgery team. Her cardiac background is a strength she brings to the Vascular Surgery team. One of the reasons Christy enjoys the role of the NP on the Vascular surgery team is because she rotates between the outpatient clinic and the hospital which provides some continuity of care with the patients.
