Biography
Alexander Kim, M.D. is a General Surgery Resident in the Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his B.S. in Biology at University of Illinois at Chicago in 2012 and went on to obtain his M.D. from University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Medicine in 2016. During his research years, Dr. Kim worked in the Conte Lab at UCSF, under the mentorship of Michael Conte, M.D., investigating resolution biology and developing novel methods of delivering specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators in vascular disease.
