UCSF Vascular Surgery Welcomes New Fellowship Matches for 2021-2023
The UCSF Division of Vascular Surgery welcomes our two new fellows comprising the class of 2023, Rym El Khoury, MD and Evan Werlin, MD, both from the UCSF General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Werlin is currently a Chief Resident and Dr. El Khoury a Junior Resident. Their fellowships commence in the summer of 2021.
The Vascular Surgery Fellowship is a two-year ACGME-approved program providing comprehensive clinical training in the management of vascular disorders. It is dedicated to the development of future leaders in vascular surgery. Both years of the fellowship are spent on the vascular surgery service with clinical rotations providing extensive experiences with treatments and non-invasive diagnosis.
We congratulate our new fellows and look forward to their arrival at our Division next summer! You can read more about them here: Rym El Khoury, MD and Evan Werlin, MD.
